Premium brassica brand Tenderstem has won a new listing on peak time commuter train services leaving London Kings Cross.
The brand is now available on a new summer dinner menu for first-class travellers on select Virgin Trains East Coast services leaving between 5 and 7pm.
It is served as an accompaniment to hake and crushed potatoes with a tomato and chive butter sauce.
Coregeo chief marketing officer Michelle Toft said: “We are thrilled to see Tenderstem making an appearance on the new Virgin Trains East Coast menu.
“As the brand continues to flourish, we hope there will be more opportunities to see Tenderstem on menus across the country, and not just in restaurants.
“Tenderstem truly is a versatile vegetable, easy to cook and a great partner to many flavours. Perfect for chefs looking for something a little different.”
