Dr Steve Rothwell won the Best Fresh Produce gong at this year’s Q Quality Food Awards in London last week for his Super Hot Rocket.
The product is part of the Steve’s Leaves range of washed and ready to eat salads.
The Hampshire-based firm beat off competition from the Jersey Royal Company, which came in second.
