Somerset County Council has launched a new DVD, called Kick Starting Health: Working together for the Future of Somerset’s Children, to promote healthy eating and exercise among children, families and schools in the county. Funded by the council and NHS Somerset through the Somerset Healthy School Programme, the 15-minute film showcases ways in which Somerset children, their families and schools have worked to promote healthy weight and wellbeing.
