The Soil Association will present its annual report on a comprehensive study of UK organic trade during Natural & Organic Products Europe 2010, on Monday.
Natural & Organic Products Europe is a trade exhibition for those involved in the business of selling natural and organic products, featuring more than 500 exhibitors and trade buyers and influencers in the industry.
Finn Cottle, trade director of the Soil Association, said: "The double-digit growth years may be over but the good news is that the data on organic sales already confirms that a corner has been turned and the dip of 2009 has ended."
The report will include information on the trends from 2009 and cover motivations and attitudes of a post-recession consumer.
