The seminar will be held in Spalding, Lincolnshire and will tackle topics such as pesticide residue analysis, microbiology testing as well as discuss methods of analysis, results interpretation, MRLs and the future of EU active substance reviews.
"Many fresh food producers simply aren't aware of all the ways in which they can use the results of pesticide and microbiology testing," said Eleanor Davies, head of the pesticide residue group." These tests are necessary and if interpreted correctly, a company can obtain value from the information they provide. We find the seminars are an excellent way to increase the sector's understanding of the tests we conduct."
The specialist testing company provides a full range of accredited analytical services for soil, water and waste, and now uses its expertise to service food businesses. The company's food scientists actively participate in various government initiatives to ensure that the highest EU regulations are maintained.
Seminar attendees will be able to accredit five BASIS and four NroSO points towards their continuing personal development obligations.
