The 2015 Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year is now open and accepting entries, with three new judges on board
Anglo-French chef and TV personality Michel Roux Jr., Emily Luchetti, chair of the James Beard Foundation in the USA, and George Motz, founder and director of the Food Film Festival NYC, will join the existing panel of judges which includes food journalist Jay Rayner, David Loftus, who is Jamie Oliver’s photographer and renowned Indian chef Sanjeev Kapoor.
Two new categories have been added to the 2015 competition too; Food for the Family seeks everyday scenes of families across the world eating together, and Bring Home the Harvest is looking for images depicting food being gathered.
Andy Macdonald, MD of Pink Lady UK, headline sponsor of the awards, said:“It means a great deal to us that these awards are truly international. The judges come from across the world, and entrants have come from more than 50 different countries.”
