The UK’s biggest root vegetable grower and packer, Albert Bartlett & Sons, is launching its first TV sponsorship campaign.
Airdrie-based Bartlett’s is promoting its root vegetables and award-winning Rooster potato brand in a four-month advertorial campaign on UKTV Food.
Called Cooking Tips, the adverts will give viewers simple tips on how to cook their carrots, onions, potatoes and parsnips. Viewers will also be able to download the instructions from the UKTV Food website.
The adverts follow Bartlett’s sponsorship of UKTV Food’s ‘Flavour Zone’ which features cookery programmes Ready Steady Cook and Ainsley’s Meals in Minutes.
John Hicks, marketing manager, said: “Following our successful national press advertising in July, we are confident that the UKTV Food campaign will have a significant impact on consumer awareness of both the Rooster brand and the Bartlett brand as a whole.”
