Two major French kiwifruit operators have clubbed together to form Swiki, a new marketing approach set to update the way the fruit is displayed and sold on the French market.
With the tagline “Pour un rayon kiwi 100% énergie” (For a kiwi shelf bursting 100 per cent with energy), Swiki will make use of in-store kiwifruit displays and utilise a wide range of point-of-sale material to interest new consumers. The organisation will also create a Swiki Cueillette Tardive (Swiki Late Harvest) premium offer.
Producers and exporters Sikig and Blue Whale are the project partners.
