Former Coronation Street actress Tracy Brabin will feature as the new face of Sainsbury’s ‘Feed Your Family For a Fiver’ TV advertising campaign.
The 46-year-old who played Tricia Armstrong in the popular soap launched as working mother-of-two “Sarah” on Wednesday, September 3.
The TV ads aim to show that despite having to shop on a budget, savvy spending means nutritious meals can still be placed on the table.
And next month Tracy joins Sainsbury’s front man Jamie Oliver in the chain’s Switch and Save TV campaign - showing how families can pocket £452 a year by swapping brand names for supermarket labels.
