Innocent Drinks is looking to recruit 15 new people following its success at the National Business Awards.

The company, founded just five years ago by three friends, has been named best employer of the year.

Richard Reed, co-founder, said: “Put simply, Innocent is the people that work here. That is why we have always worked to keep everyone at Fruit Towers as happy and effective as we can.

“As a company we are growing at a steady rate of 50 per cent, year on year, and this means we have to grow the team to keep delivering on our promises.”
