A new recruitment agency which specialises in the food, fresh produce, horticulture and related industries in the UK and the Netherlands has appointed Peterborough-based marketing and public relations consultancy Smye Holland Associates to assist with its launch publicity.
Henderson Brown has been launched by Martin Brown, the former high-profile managing director of the UK arm of Dutch fresh produce supplier The Greenery BV, with recruitment expert Steven Henderson.
Their new company will help clients fill posts in commercial, buying, technical, engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, production and operations roles. It will use a range of techniques including head hunting, advertising and a comprehensive database of candidates.
Smye Holland Associates specialises in the business-to-business market, helping companies that are selling to other businesses. Earlier this year it opened an office in the Netherlands to expand its international business with continental Europe.
