David ‘The Hayemaker’ Haye has hung up his boxing gloves and put on his pinny to back a new organic cookbook.
Discover Organic, which goes on sale in Waitrose next month, carries a number of recipes from high-profile figures including Kate Humble, Lorraine Pascale and Raymond Blanc, alongside the British boxing champ.
Haye is a strong advocate of organic food, subscribing to the Langridge Organic box scheme and regularly munching on fresh produce before big fights.
Before his bout with Wladimir Klitschko in June, representatives visited New Covent Garden to procure organic produce.
