Food and drink producers in the south west can improve their links with the foodservice sector thanks to a new programme of supplier development workshops.
South West Food and Drink is organising the September workshops which aim to guide producers in promoting their products to the catering and restaurant sectors. As well as tackling everything from product development to health and safety, the workshops will also secure meetings between producers and potential foodservice buyers.
The programme runs over four months and includes general seminars as well as specially tailored one to one consultations.
