Salad brand Florette is launching limited edition Christmas packaging on its best-selling Crispy range.
From 19-31 December the bagged salad line will bear the message “We wish you a Merry crispy” and feature golden snowflakes and traditional Christmas colours.
Available from retailers and wholesalers, the packs will alsoinclude a coupon on the reverse, offering customers 50p or 50c off any Florette product in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. This can be redeemed in store throughout January and February 2019.
Rebecca Walker, brand manager at Florette, said: “Crispy is our most popular product, so it only seemed right that we got into the festive spirt with a limited-edition pack. We also wanted to reward shoppers with a money off voucher to help kick start their healthy eating regimes in the new year.
“Not only does this packaging bring some festive fun to Christmas food shop, we believe it will also inspire a number of eating occasions during the Christmas season. It’s the perfect accompaniment to leftover turkey and family buffets, particularly if you’re looking for a lighter option after overindulging.”
The launch of the Christmas packaging is one of several innovations in the pipeline for Florette, with 2019 set to bring more NPD.
“We’ve got a fantastic line-up of new products planned for the new year to inspire many different meal occasions, which we believe will shake-up and invigorate the fresh category in 2019,” said Walker.
