British Tomato Fortnight will run from 2-15 June

Running from 2-15 June 2025, British Tomato Fortnight will coincide with the peak of the British tomato season and highlight the quality, taste and versatility of British Tomatoes – as well as the hard work of British growers, the BTGA said.

Campaign partners Jack and Grace Communications and Veg Power will once again be backing British Tomato Fortnight 2025, providing support through their wide consumer and influencer networks of foodies, lifestyle gurus, chefs and nutritionists.

Promoting the health and environmental benefits of British tomatoes forms the crux of the campaign, according to the BTGA.

And the association hopes to reach consumers young and old via its social media networks and campaign supporters.

We will be posting on our various channels in the build-up and during the fortnight, and we will also have several influencers and chefs supporting the campaign this year. To help us out please follow, like and reshare posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok,” says BTGA spokeswoman Nat Key.

“Take pictures and videos of yourselves, friends and family cooking with and enjoying tomatoes and share these on your social media. Tag us (@britishtomatoes) and use our hashtag (#britishtomatofortnight) to increase awareness of content. Alternatively, send them to us and we will share them!”

The British tomato season runs from March until November.
