Hedon Salads, Morrisons, Kraft Foods and refrigeration specialist and fresh produce industry supplier JD Cooling Systems have been named in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers by the National Apprenticeship Service and vocational qualification organisation City & Guilds. “The apprenticeship scheme that JD Cooling Systems has developed incorporates both on-site engineering training and formal college-based learning to NVQ or degree level,” JD said. The listing is the first of its kind since modern apprenticeships were introduced in 2008.
