The Yes Peas! campaign has launched a host of new pea recipes for the summer.
Seven different dishes for all occasions and palates tempt consumers on the campaign’s website, from beer-battered fish and minted peas to pea, root and sage pasties.
There is also a pea chicken tikka masala, individual Shrewsbury lamb pie with peas, herb-crusted Olde England beef with pea, potato and horseradish mash, as well as mini sausage toadies with pea crush.
The campaign is supported by 16 growers and processors and run by Lincolnshire-based Kenyon Communications.
