Worldwide Fruit has praised its staff after more than 30 of them gained qualifications to improve their skills at the fruit supplier.
The firm held an awards lunch at its Spalding premises to mark the achievements of 31 members of staff who received their NVQ certificates from chief executive Robert Balicki.
The NVQs were awarded in a variety of subjects, including team leading, warehousing and storage, management and customer service.
A further 55 members of staff achieved the English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) qualification. The programme continues, with 24 other staff working towards NVQs and 48 studying for the ESOL certificate.
