The proportion of children eating fruit and vegetables in Wales is rising, a new survey has found.
Sixty-five per cent of children were reported as eating fruit every day, up from 61 per cent in 2013, according to the latest Welsh Health Survey.
And 56 per cent of Welsh children, meanwhile, were reported as eating vegetables daily.
However, despite this, just 35 per cent of children said they undertook physical activity for at least an hour on every day of the previous week in 2014.
A total of 28 per cent of children reported eating sweets every day, and 16 per cent said they had crisps on a daily basis, which down from 20 per cent the year before.
