Warwick HRI is hosting its first Seed Industry Day, which will be held at Wellesbourne on Tuesday, April 12.
The day is designed to provide members of the seed industry with an opportunity to hear about the Defra-funded Crop Improvement Programme and associated research carried out at Warwick HRI.
Starting at 10am, there will be a session of short presentations in the morning to provide an update on Warwick HRI's R&D programme and highlight activities and resources that may be of benefit to the seed industry.
This will be followed by lunch and a tour of its specialist facilities including the Gene Bank, Insect Rearing Unit and glasshouses.
