Former greengrocer turned Masterchef judge, Greg Wallace, has been signed up as the new face of Tenderstem broccoli.
The branded vegetable, now being marketed in the UK by Coregeo, will be using Wallace to appeal to consumers.
He said: “Tenderstem has the rare ability to deliver crunch and juice at the same time. Its subtle flavour makes it a perfect accompaniment to all meat and fish and it is a truly versatile vegetable.”
The vegetable is grown in Kenya, South Africa, Morocco, Zambia and Peru and is available 52 weeks of the year.
