Lawnmowers and garden furniture were how 13 employees at Vitacress chose to be rewarded in recognition of their having worked a total of 308 years.

The Long Service Awards for the salad company's staff were dished up at an informal buffet lunch, and they were each presented with a certificate and a gift of their choice. These ranged from telescopes to motorbike parts.
