Vitacress Salads has appointed former Dairy Crest boss Mike Sheldon as new managing director.
Sheldon takes over at Vitacress Salads following years of experience in the dairy industry, having last led Medina Dairy, and working 22 years at Dairy Crest, where he held various roles including leadership of procurement, managing director of the home delivery business, and managing director of the company.
A second appointee, Ashley Cooper also joins the company as Group Finance Director. Cooper spent 11 years with Motorola Mobility, latterly as Global Director of Business Controls and Risk.
Cooper was responsible for global compliance and delivering business transformation projects. Prior to this, Ashley worked at Covidien Healthcare UK and KPMG.
