The UK’s largest organic and natural trade event will take place in London on 4th and 5th April. Organic Products Europe 2004 will be sharing the Grand Hall at Kensington Olympia with Natural Products Europe to hold the only dedicated organic trade show.
The UK’s organic products sector is now valued at £1 billion and claims to be growing faster than any other food sector. The exhibition organisers have joined forces to arrange Europe’s largest trade show in the sector, offering visitors free seminars on sector issues, new pavilions, educational stop-off points for suppliers and retailers as well as holding the annual industry awards night.
Over 500 exhibitors, including international delegates from USA, New Zealand, Australia and Germany, will showcase their products and new lines in the organics, natural health and complementary healthcare sector, including GM-free foods, organic beverages and natural body care.
The trade show attracts buyers from throughout the industry and many representatives from the UK’s major supermarkets visited in 2003, along with buyers from independent grocers, specialist food stores, restaurants, cafes and hotels.
