Fresh produce packaging firm Sirane will expand its business operations into South Africa.
The Telford-based company’s Sirane Southern Africa operation will operate out of Cape Town with Sirane’s Stacey Loader heading up the operation.
“We are extremely excited at the possibilities open to us not just within South Africa, but throughout the emerging African markets as well," said Loader.
“We believe that Sirane's products will help revolutionise how we package our fresh produce in this country."
Sirane MD Simon Balderson said the business is also close to opening a Dubai-based Middle East operation and a warehousing faciality in Antalya, Turkey.
"There is tremendous scope for increasing business in Southern Africa and at the moment our international trade is rapidly expanding,” concluded Balderson.
