Karin Troost joined the Dutch branch of Nationwide Produce, part of Vitaal Europe, on August 14.
Troost is an experienced produce trader and moves from Del Monte in the Netherlands.
She will be working from the De Lier office, near Rotterdam.
Troost is fluent in English, Spanish, and can also communicate in German, French and Italian.
She brings with her numerous sales and procurement contracts and specialises in sales to Scandinavia.
Tim O’Malley, group managing director at Nationwide Produce, said: “We welcome Karin on board and are sure that her experience, wealth of contacts and language skills will make her a valuable addition to Vitaal.”
