Total Produce Group subsidiary Total Worldfresh has grown its turnover to £144.1 million.
The growth follows on from the acquisition of Total Produce stablemate T&JB Produce.
Turnover grew from £122.9m in 2013, while pre-tax profit for the Lincolnshire-headquartered fruit and veg firm in the year to 31 December 2014 was down from £2.1m to £1.5m.
From February 2014 to 31 December 2014, T&JB Produce’s revenue was £20.8m.
Total Worldfresh's directors said they were pleased with the “good progress” being made.
The Total Produce Group posted strong results for the first half of 2015.
