The Summerfruit Company is celebrating a successful year, having seen sales growth of 32 per cent.
The company, the soft fruit division of Redbridge Worldfresh celebrated its success by taking 60 growers and staff to the races.
Richard Parke-Davies, md, said: “None of this could have been possible without everyone in Redbridge Worldfresh and The Summerfruit Company doing their bit - from the person who answers the phone, to the person who sits in front of the supermarket buyer.
“We are extremely grateful for the continuing support of all our growers, who have consistently exceeded customer requirements.
“More so than ever before, we now have a winning formula and together with the growers we make an outstanding winning team.”
