Star-studded line-up for City talk

The event will feature a keynote address from Peter Melchett policy director of the Soil Association. Melchett, pictured, will speak on Food and Values - the Organic Future and his lecture will be followed by a discussion among panellists Tim Lang, professor of food policy at City University, Prue Leith, chair of the School Food Trust, Sir Stuart Hampson, chairman of the John Lewis Partnership and Tim Smith, chief executive of Arla.

FSA chair Deirdre Hutton will also chair the evening’s proceedings.
