The first edition of the Spanish trade fair, Fruit Attraction, is will take place between November 4-6 at Feria de Madrid.

This fair, organised jointly by IFEMA and the Spanish Federation of Fruit, Vegetable, Flower and Live Plant Producing Exporters (FEPEX), has set up a presentation programme that encompasses the whole of Spain, with the aim of promoting the commercial opportunities offered by this event among professionals from the fruit and vegetable industry.

The Spanish ministry for the environment, rural areas and fisheries, as well as different bodies from the leading Spanish producing areas, such as Andalusia, Murcia, Extremadura, the Canary Islands, Catalonia and La Rioja, have already confirmed their participation at the fair.

At the same time, various international promotion measures are being carried out for the fair through IFEMA's international delegations located in the leading Latin American and European production and export markets.

To date, Fruit Attraction has already been presented in Murcia, Almería, Huelva and the Canary Islands, not to mention MercaMadrid, Mercabarna, Lleida, Toledo, Saragossa, La Rioja and Las Pedroñeras (Cuenca). It has been warmly welcomed by professionals from all these producing areas. The fair presentation programme will continue over the next few weeks, until it has covered all of the country's different producing areas, stretching from north to south.
