Following an internal business review at Solanum Ltd, one of the UK's premier suppliers of potatoes, a major auction is to be held in Peterborough that will offer bidders the opportunity to buy the complete Yaxley potato packing operation.

Yaxley is a well-equipped potato packing operation which boasts several large temperature controlled stores and processing and packaging equipment able to cope with any size or weight denomination, up to 2,000 tonnes a week.

Food equipment specialist auctioneers and valuers Clarke-Fussells is offering up to 400 lots of potato packing equipment at the auction, which takes place at 10.30am on December 11 at Yaxley, Peterborough.
