NFU president Sir Ben Gill has received his Knighthood at Buckingham Palace.
Sir Ben was awarded the title in the Queen's birthday honours list for his services to agriculture, conservation and the community. He said: “I am honoured and delighted to receive this award. This represents the achievements of the NFU and its staff over the period of my presidency. I am proud of the organisation's professionalism and its support capability, without which we would not have had such success.”
