The UK’s leading designer and manufacturer of thermoformed rigid plastic packaging Sharp Interpack has appointed Strongpack Soluciones Agrícolas to look after its packaging distribution interests in Spain.
The company has a state-of-the-art warehouse in Huelva located on the south-west coast, which is close to the border with Portugal. Huelva is well known for soft-fruit production with thousands of hectares given over to soft fruit, including strawberries and blueberries. Sharpak has confronted this increasing demand for blueberries head on with the introduction of a new range of blueberry punnets. The new range has been developed for crate optimisation and a more compact fit in the household fridge.
