Scotts has boosted its ornamental horticulture sales team with the addition of Mike Humphries and John Clarke.
Humphries has 12 years of experience in growing media sales and advising on growing media and fertilisers, before which he worked in his family nursery business and the produce industry.
Clarke has built up 16 years in growing media and fertiliser, and has also run his own landscaping business.
Humphries will cover the northern home counties, while Clarke takes the West and North East Midlands and Lincolnshire.
In a number of changes to its sales team, Scotts also announced this week that its former area sales manager for the south east, Simon Keeble, has taken over the south west following the retirement of David Bandey.
Key account manager Derek Gulliford adds the south east to his existing business development responsibilities.
