The British Leafy Salads Association is holding its third biennial conference. This year’s theme Know Your Customer will include presentations from US and German guest speakers on technical and marketing issues.
The event, scheduled for November 22, 2006 at the East of England showground will also cover future food service trends, UK consumer behaviour, pr for the industry and a Food Standards Agency view on sector issues.
The BLSA is hoping to welcome at least 187 delegates to match the numbers at the successful event two years ago.
There are also a handful of stands left at the trade exhibition that will run alongside the event and already features 30 exhibitors.
