Sainsbury’s is set to restructure its head office amongst rumours of significant job cuts, according to The Telegraph.
A spokeswoman for Sainsbury's said that the company is restructuring "some central teams to align them for our future growth".
She would not confirm the number of job cuts to The Telegraph, but said that a rumoured 300 redundancies was "way too high."
The Telegraph reports that staff at the retailer's Holborn base were briefed about the changes today, although from which department the redundancies will come has not been clarified.
