A London hotel has created its very own breed of rose, which will be launched at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show and will be planted as the centrepiece of a new floral display in Hyde Park.

Grosvenor House, a JW Marriott Hotel, is launching the rose to celebrate its 80th birthday and to commemorate the completion of its multi-million pound restoration.

The hotel has created packages to incorporate trips to Chelsea Flower Show and also has created a special rose-themed afternoon tea on its birthday, May 14.
