Entry forms are now available for the Re:fresh Awards 2009.

In their sixth year, the awards, judged by an independent panel invited by organisers the Fresh Produce Consortium (FPC) and FPJ, recognise outstanding achievement across the fresh produce industry.

Sponsored again by the UK’s leading pre-packed salad brand Florette, which also presents the blue riband Lifetime Achievement Award that rounds off the gala ceremony, next year’s Re:fresh Awards will take place at the London Marriott, Grosvenor Square, on May 28.

Entrants have until April 9, 2009, to put their case forward.

To download the entry form, which includes a full rundown of the criteria and a step-by-step guide to compiling your free entry, go to www.refresh.eu/awards, or contact Angie Stuart at the FPC (angie@freshproduce.org.uk or 01733405791) who will email a copy.
