Dutch seed breeder Rijk Zwaan welcomed some 100 guests to the official opening of its new tomato trial glasshouse at Kwintsheul.
Guests, including representatives from growers’ organisations as well as Rijk Zwaan management and delegates from construction companies involved in the project were given a presentation about the new facility, before the opening ceremony and a guided tour of the one hectare glass, home to more than 70 varieties.
