This year’s Re:fresh Awards will again be sponsored by Florette, the UK’s leading supplier of branded bagged salads.
Florette has sponsored the awards since their inauguration and Re:fresh has become part of its expansive PR and promotions programme.

As previously reported in FPJ, Carmel has signed up to continue its support of the Foodservice Supplier of the Year category, and three more sponsors have already confirmed their continued sponsorship in 2006.
Tesco will sponsor the Overall Produce Trader of the Year award for the third successive year, Capespan will hand out the Wholesaler of the Year gong, and Foods from Spain is again the sponsor of the two-pronged Retailer of the Year category, which has separate awards for the independent and multiple sectors.
María José Sevilla, director of Foods & Wine from Spain, said: “We are delighted to be sponsoring the Re:fresh Retailer of the Year awards for the second year running and will continue to supportour keyretail partnersas part of our year-round integrated campaign. The integrated campaign, which is [also] in its second year will continue to develop initiatives to encourage UK consumers to eat more Spanish fruit and vegetables, and fresh produce in general.”
