The food and drink skills council Improve has appointed a new UK operations manager, as part of a corporate reshuffle.
Huw Rees will head a team of seven key players, whose aim is to strengthen relationships with employers and trade associations.
Previously Rees spent 17 years with Milk Marque, before graduating to UK head of milk quotas. He also gained a masters degree in business administration (MBA) through an earlier role with HSBC.
