Redfox Executive Selection is expanding its organisation to include two new services.

Daryon Eldridge joins the company as a senior consultant to head up the new training and personal coaching division. She has first hand experience of working in the fresh produce industry, in the public, private and retail sectors.

She has been brought on board to add an extra dimension to the Redfox offer through her experience and skills in training and development at all levels of management and personnel.

A lecturer at Harlow College, Eldridge said: “I am joining Redfox to help those clients who do not have sufficient in-house human resources or expertise to support the achievement of their business objectives.”

The second appointment at Redfox is that of Robert Tate, who joins as a new management consultant looking after specialist foods, FMCG and foodservice appointments. Tate is a fully trained chef and has 15 years experience in procurement, new product development, project work and advising companies in an HR role.

He will be working along side Max MacGillivray to expand graduate and top level management recruitment. He has Forte Group, Le Manoir and fresh produce specialist W Pauley on his CV.

MacGillivray, Redfox md, said, “I am delighted that the company is being strengthened by such high calibre management extending our product capability.”
