Redfox Executive Selection has expanded its recruitment services internationally, thanks to the establishment of Redfox International Search.
The company will now have a permanent home outside the UK, based in Spain but covering both European and international markets, offering executive search and selection processes for fresh produce and food manufacturing firms.
“Redfox has grown dramatically since it was established in the UK some four years ago,” said chief executive of the Redfox group of companies, Max MacGillivray. “The company has always handled some international assignments, but the opportunity to work with Joep Maussen, who is managing director of the new branch, and expand the Redfox brand was too good to miss.
“A large number of our clients have an increasing international dimension to their business, and this move will allow us to better service their needs as well as attract new clients,” he added.
