Redbridge has produced a corporate video, which is available on request to customers across all of the sectors it supplies into.
The film features a run-down of the four divisions of the holding company ñ AFI, Produce & Flowers, Caterfresh and Field Fresh, and outlines the principles and strategy behind the Redbridge business. It also refers to Spanish subsidiary Solfresco and breeding company Redeva.
Chief executive of the £200 million produce supplier, Denis Punter, introduces the presentation saying that Redbridge aims to find “the most practical solutions to the ever-increasing demands of the consumer in the 21st century”. The video also showcases the ethical and environmental policies, both adopted by the company and expected of its partners.
Redbridge sourced 50 million cases from 40 countries in 2002. It is a supporter of the 5-a-day and Fruits for Schools initiatives, supplying 35m pieces of fruit to UK schools a year and is committed to making fresh produce accessible to all social groups.
