The Real Food Festival has opened up its registration for 2010 with free attendance for trade visitors.

Representatives of the foodservice, retail and public institution supply sectors will be in attendance at the event on 10 May.

The Real Food Festival provides subsidised stands for smaller producers, with up to 400 producers attending, many not to be found at any other food events this year.

The event will also include panel debates on various aspects of food and its production in the UK.

Philip Lowery, founder of the Real Food Festival, said: “For the trade buyer, this is the ultimate one-stop shop to source new and unique products. You will find new suppliers who will help you differentiate your business and give you a competitive advantage. And, as well as helping you improve your bottom line, it’s a great day out too.”
