Renowned chef Theo Randall has signed up to speak at this year’s Re:fresh Conference.
Randall joins the line-up for the 17 May event and will give a chef’s perspective of innovation in fresh produce.
First becoming known for his role at The River Cafe, Randall has extensive knowledge of the fresh produce industry through his work with M&S, Zizzi and Bakkavor.
Randall now has his own restaurant at the Intercontinental Hotel in Park Lane, the venue for Re:fresh 2012.
Jan Lloyd, CEO of Covent Garden Market Authority, has also joined the programme of speakers at the conference.
