Produce World, which is the holding company for Solanum, Isleham Fresh Produce, Rustle and RB Organics, has made a number of job redundancies across the group.
William Burgess, managing director of the group, commented: “A number of key UK retailers have been restructuring and rationalising their supply chains. We have picked up business in some areas and seen a reduction in others and therefore have needed to realign our resources accordingly.”
Burgess added: “We have a fantastic team at Produce World with some of the best growers in the country and we will continue to adapt our business to the needs of our customers and the market place.”
