Teamwork was at the heart of recently-held Pride of Produce World Group Awards.
The highest individual award winner went to Przemyslaw Kilianek from Produce World Yaxley for Colleague of the Year.
Other outstanding team performances came from the Three Peaks Challenge Team, which won the Community Impact Award, the Butterwick Cross Site Go Live Team, which received the Special Team Recognition Award, and the Yaxley Factory 2 team, which won Team of the Year.
Other individual awards went to Micael Rodrigues from Produce World Isleham, who won Outstanding Innovation for his Crop Reporting System, and Lucy Martin from Produce World Chatteris, awarded the Special Individual Recognition Award.
Group HR director David Frost, said: “We have seen this event grow in importance over the past few years, and the 2013 awards ceremony saw a very high standard of entries. The awards are a true reflection of the values of the Produce World Group with categories covering Innovation, and Community Impact, as well as outstanding team and individual contributions to the company.

Produce World Group is one of the largest expert growers and suppliers of high quality fresh vegetables in Europe.
It is a privately-owned business, founded by the Burgess family in 1898.
