Company says purchase is part of its long-term growth strategy

UK labour provider Pro-Force has acquired Birmingham-based Driven Recruitment.

Pro-Force said the move marks a key milestone in enhancing its Worcestershire-based driving division Pro-Drive, which has been operational since 2019 under the leadership of Thomas Blewett and Neal Morris.

Pro-Drive aims to transform the driver recruitment process, and also provides tailored recruitment solutions to the industrial and construction sectors.

“By integrating Driven Recruitment, Pro-Drive significantly strengthens its capabilities, offering expanded recruitment models designed to elevate driver standards, optimise operational efficiencies, and maximise productivity for clients across the UK,” the company said.

Pro-Force added that the acquisition reinforces its ambition to be a strategic partner in the recruitment industry, delivering innovative solutions to meet evolving market demands.

The company also stressed that its strategic growth plan prioritises identifying companies with shared visions and values and “ensuring a seamless integration within a unified culture”.
