Hazeldene and Parripak have joined forces to become MyFresh.
The new company, which began life on Monday (28 April), continues the businesses' pre-merger operations of delivering prepared fresh produce to customers across the UK.
It boasts three sites, in Bedfordshire, Wigan and Gretna.
Nick Gale, MyFresh MD, said: 'Responding to the ever-changing markets in which we operate, by merging our two businesses under the continued ownership of William Jackson Food Group, we are stronger together, better placed to meet our customer, supplier and our own ambitious growth plans.'
